摘要 为解决特厚高变质无烟煤分层开采综采工作面瓦斯治理问题,将常规瓦斯抽采技术与长距离定向水平钻孔、地面钻孔等抽采技术相结合,建立了针对瓦斯涌出来源的特厚高变质无烟煤分层开采综合立体化瓦斯综合治理技术体系,在白芨沟煤矿得到了成功应用。研究结果表明,该技术体系的建立解决了特厚高变质无烟煤瓦斯含量高、瓦斯涌出量大、治理难度大等问题,有效杜绝了工作面回采过程中上隅角和回风瓦斯超限问题,保障了工作面的安全高效生产。 In order to solve the problem of gas control in fully mechanized working face of extra-thick and high-metamorphic anthracite stratified mining,conventional gas extraction technology is combined with longdistance directional horizontal drilling and ground drilling.Comprehensive three-dimensional gas extraction technology system for extra-thick and high-metamorphic anthracite in stratified mining was established and successfully applied in Baijigou coal mine.The research results show that the establishment of this technical system solves the problems of high gas content,large gas emission and great difficulty in controlling anthracite.It effectively eliminates the problem of upper corner and return gas overlimit in the stopping process of working face and guarantees the safe and efficient production of working face.
