摘要
国家能源集团准格尔能源有限责任公司调拨大型采运设备跨区域承揽西湾露天煤矿采剥工程,输出了先进大型设备、成熟的生产管理体系,探索了国家能源集团内部专业化采剥服务的组织管理模式,实现了双方经济效益最大化。本文以准能公司西湾项目部的生产经营组织协同管理为背景,系统总结了两年生产过程中的协同管理经验,基于实施协同作业的必要性,论述了实施协同作业的具体措施并总结了协同作业成果。论文成果能够为相似露天煤矿开发建设提供可参考的生产组织管理经验。
Jungar Energy Co.,Ltd.,National Group allocates and transfers large-scale mining and transportation equipment to undertake the mining and stripping engineering of Xiwan Opencast Coal Mine across regions,exports advanced and mature production management system,explores the organization and management mode of specialized mining and stripping service in Shenhua Group,and realizes the maximization of economic benefits of both sides.Based on the collaborative management of the production and management organization of Xiwan Project Department of Jingneng Company,this paper systematically summarizes the experience of collaborative management in the production process for two years.Based on the necessity of implementing collaborative operation,this paper discusses the concrete measures of implementing collaborative operation and summarizes the results of collaborative operation.The results of this paper can provide reference experience for the development and construction of similar opencast coal mines.
