摘要 本文根据河北风资源特征,首先分析风电场运行噪声影响特点,其次介绍了自行开发的噪音评估软件原理,通过依据IEC61400-11《风力发电机标准》搭建出的噪音评估模型,对本项目风机在运行期间产生的噪音进行测算和分析。经过分析结果,结合本项目机位点受限情况,最终确定方案为采用安装锯齿尾缘和分时段分机位降容的方式来解决噪音超标问题。 According to the characteristics of wind resources in Hebei,this paper first analyzes the influence characteristics of operated noise in wind farm,then introduces the principle of noise evaluation software developed by ourselves,and calculates and analyzes the noise generated by wind turbine during operation through the noise evaluation model built according to IEC61400-11 Wind Driven Generator Standard.Through the analysis results,combined with the limitation of the machine site of the project,it is finally determined that the scheme is to solve the problem of noise over-standard by installing serrated tail edge and reducing capacity by dividing time and machine position.
