摘要
以宝清褐煤为原料进行腐植酸钾提取,研究了反应温度、液固比、碱浓度、反应时间等因素对腐植酸提取率的影响,并进行了利用该褐煤提取褐煤蜡后的脱蜡煤提取腐植酸钾的实验研究。结果表明,宝清褐煤富含腐植酸,制备腐植酸钾的最优工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,液固比9:1,KOH浓度2.5%,反应时间50min,腐植酸提取率达到82.9%。在上述优化实验条件下,脱蜡褐煤的腐植酸提取率也达到81.6%,表明了褐煤蜡工艺提取对于宝清褐煤中的腐植酸含量影响不大。宝清褐煤提取的腐植酸钾产品水溶性腐植酸含量61.20%,氧化钾含量10.75%,水不溶物含量10.61%,pH值11.4,水分含量12.85%。
The extraction of potassium humate from Baoqing lignite was carried out by using Baoqing lignite as raw material.The effects of reaction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,alkali concentration and reaction time on the extraction rate of humic acid were studied,and the experimental study on the extraction of potassium humate from dewaxed coal extracted from lignite wax was carried out.The results showed that Baoqing lignite was rich in humic acid and the optimum conditions for preparing potassium humate were as follows:reaction temperature 90℃,liquid-solid ratio 9∶1,KOH concentration 2.5%,reaction time 50 min,and the extraction rate of humic acid reached 82.9%.Under the above optimized experimental conditions,the extraction rate of humic acid from dewaxed lignite also reached 81.6%,which indicated that the extraction of lignite wax had little effect on the content of humic acid in Baoqing lignite.The water-soluble humic acid content,potassium oxide content,water insoluble matter content,pH value and water content of potassium humate extracted from Baoqing lignite are 61.20%,10.75%,10.61%,11.4 and 12.85%respectively.
