摘要
燃煤锅炉燃烧后主要产生二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物等污染物,热电厂动力锅炉的超低排放是指其燃料燃烧所产生的污染物在排放时要达到国家规定的标准。国内主要采用石灰石-石膏湿法进行脱硫,采用SCR技术进行脱除氮氧化物,而颗粒物是比较难以脱除的主要污染物。目前为了节省投资、减少占地面积、缩短工期主要采用管束式除尘除雾装置脱除颗粒物。以抚顺石化热电厂为例,分析了管束式除尘除雾装置进行粉尘超净改造的应用效果,技术改造后,能使污染物控制在二氧化硫<35mg/m^3,氮氧化物<50mg/m^3,颗粒物<5mg/m^3,达到超净排放,可为其他热电厂粉尘超低排放改造提供参考。
The combustion of coal-fired boilers mainly produces pollutants such as sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and particulate matter.The ultra-low emission of power boilers in thermal power plants means that the pollutants generated by fuel combustion must meet the national standards when they are discharged.In China,limestone gypsum wet method is mainly used for desulfurization,SCR technology is used for NOx removal,and particles are the main pollutants that are difficult to remove.At present,in order to save investment,reduce floor area and shorten the construction period,tube bundle type dedusting and demisting device is mainly used to remove particles.Taking Fushun Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant as an example,this paper analyzes the application effect of the bundle type dedusting and demisting device in the dust ultra-clean transformation.After the technical transformation,the pollutant can be controlled at sulfur dioxide<35mg/m^3,nitrogen oxide<50mg/m^3,particulate matter<5mg/m^3,and the ultra-clean emission can be achieved,which can provide reference for the transformation of ultra-low dust emission in other thermal power plants.
