绥中36-1馏分油加氢脱酸催化剂性能研究

摘要 为考察A,B两种催化剂加氢脱酸能力,借助BET,XRD,XPS,TGA等表征手段考察了两种催化剂的物性及价态的变化,并用绥中36-1常减压馏分油进行加氢脱酸研究。结果表明,催化剂A为Mo-Ni金属催化剂,催化剂B为W-Ni金属催化剂;催化剂B的孔容、比表面积和金属含量均大于催化剂A;两种催化剂在反应压力为3.0 MPa、空速1.0 h^-1、氢油体积比为400∶1条件下,以绥中常二线油为原料,在基准反应温度下酸值均小于0.05 mgKOH/g;以绥中减三线油为原料,在基准+15℃反应温度下,酸值均小于0.05 mgKOH/g,且催化剂B比催化剂A具有更高的加氢脱酸活性、选择性脱芳活性,并保留较高的CA值。 In order to investigate the hydrodeacidification ability of catalysts A and B, the physical properties and valence changes of the two catalysts were investigated by BET, XRD, XPS, TGA etc, and the hydrodeacidification of Suizhong 36-1 atmospheric and vacuum distillates was studied. The results show that catalyst A is Mo-Ni metal catalyst and catalyst B is W-Ni metal catalyst. The pore volume, specific surface area and metal content of catalyst B are larger than those of catalyst A. Under the conditions of reaction pressure of 3.0 MPa, space velocity of 1.0 h^-1, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 400∶1, the acid value is less than 0.05 mgKOH/g at the benchmark reaction temperature, using Suizhong second-line oil as feedstock. The acid value of Suizhong vacuum third-line oil is less than 0.05 mgKOH/g at the benchmark+15 ℃ reaction temperature. And the catalyst B has higher hydrodeacidification activity, selective dearomatization activity than the catalyst A, and retains a higher CA value.
