摘要
介绍美国环球油品公司(UOP)研制的R-264高密度连续重整催化剂开工初期应用、再生单元操作参数调整情况,以及催化剂密度增加后引起待生催化剂积炭量提高、Chlorsorb氯吸附区出口温度增加的主要原因和解决措施。工业应用结果表明:R-264催化剂具有较好的活性、选择性和催化剂强度,与原R-234重整催化剂相比,R-264重整催化剂芳烃产率增加1.59百分点,C+5收率增加0.5百分点,纯氢产率增加0.2百分点,催化剂粉尘量减少1.5 kg/d。在再生单元烧焦能力足够的前提下,R-264重整催化剂能满足扩能改造装置或反应加热炉提负荷存在瓶颈装置的换剂需求。
The application of R-264 high density continuous reforming catalyst developed by UOP in the initial stage of start-up, the adjustment of operation parameters of regeneration unit, the main reasons and solutions for the increase of coke deposition rate and outlet temperature of chlorine adsorption zone caused by the increase of catalyst density are introduced. The results of industrial application show that R-264 has good activity, selectivity and catalyst strength. Compared with R-234, the aromatics yield of R-264 increases by 1.59 percentage points, C+5 yield increases by 0.5 percentage points, pure hydrogen yield increases by 0.2 percentage points and catalyst dust reduces by 1.5 kg/d under the same conditions. On the premise of sufficient coke burning capacity of regeneration unit, R-264 can meet the need of catalyst replacement for equipment with bottleneck in capacity expansion or reaction heating furnace lifting load.
