他汀类药物作为HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂能抑制肝内源性胆固醇的合成过程,减少血胆固醇,降低心脑血管疾病风险。他汀类药物除了上述作用外还具有多方面的临床应用前景。现将回顾近年来他汀类药物降脂作用以外的临床应用研究进展进行综述,以期为临床的个体化治疗提供参考。

Statins, as HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, can inhibit the synthesis process of liver endogenous cholesterol, reduce blood cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In addition to the above effects, statins also have many clinical application prospects. This article reviewed the research progress of clinical application of statins in addition to lipid-lowering in recent years, with a view to providing a reference for clinical individualized treatment.
