Professional Development of College English Teachers in the Horizon of Synergistic Learning Community

摘要 教师协同学习共同体是以协同原则为指导,围绕真实教学中存在的困惑而进行深度学习的自组织系统,是当代教师专业发展的主要范式。梳理研究教师协同学习共同体理论,以湖北某省属高等师范院校开展的大学英语教师协同学习共同体建设为案例,通过问卷调查和深度访谈收集定量和定性数据,探究教师协同学习共同体促进教师专业发展的有效途径,可以为高校大学英语教师专业发展提供借鉴。 Teachers synergistic learning community is a self-organizing system of deep learning guided by synergistic principles and authentic teaching problems,which is the main paradigm for teachers'professional development.On the basis of theoretical research of teachers synergistic learning community as well as a case study of the construction of synergistic learning community for college English teachers in a provincial university in Hubei province,we aim to explore the effective ways for teachers'synergistic learning community to promote their professional development through both quantitative and qualitative data,which would provide reference for the professional development of college English teachers.
