“互联网+”背景下高校新型职业农民培训探究

College Training of the New-type Professional Farmers in the Framework of “Internet +”

高校农民培训是新型职业农民培养的一种重要教育方式,其培训质量直接影响现代新农村建设步伐。高校传统农民培训模式在培训内容、培训时间、培训形式和培训跟踪服务等方面存在不足,现代信息技术的飞速发展给这些问题的解决带来了新思路。高校要以互联网信息技术为手段,以农民终身教育常态化为己任,紧扣OBE理念精髓,切实贴合农民务农需求,搭设互联网培训平台,开放农业共享网络联盟,实施“线上+线下”混合培训,推进产教协同育人,建立终身培训教育体系,从而为新型职业农民的培养做出贡献。

College farmer training is an important way of cultivating new-type professional farmers.The traditional college farmer training is insufficient in terms of its contents,time,forms and tracking service.These problems can be solved in a new way brought forward with the rapid development of modern information technology.Taking into consideration the practical needs of farmers,colleges should construct an Internet-assisted training platform and carry out a blended mode of training combining on-line and off-line training.We should advance the collaborated education between schools and agricultural production and establish a training system satisfying the lifelong training needs of modern farmers.
