市场经济模式的历史演变是世界经济发展客观规律的结果,社会主义市场经济具有强大生命力与优越性。社会主义市场经济的出发点,就是要结合社会主义的优越性和市场经济的效率性,更好地促进经济发展。中国特色社会主义"政府和市场"双强模式是一个新事物,需要在全面深化改革过程中进一步探索与完善,一要顺应"强市场"的内在要求,二要坚持"强政府"的优秀传统,三要探索双强模式的最优路径。

The historical evolution of the mode of market economy results from the objective law of world economic development,and the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has strong vitality and superiority.The starting point of socialist market economy is to combine the advantages of socialism and the efficiency of market economy to better promote economic development.The dual model of "government and market" of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a creation which needs to be further explored and perfected through deepening the reform in an all-round way.It should comply with the inherent requirements of "a strong market",adhere to the excellent tradition of "a strong government,and explore the optimal path of the dual model.
