随着改革开放的深入推进,社会群体利益分化的现象日益凸显,在这种情况下,如何实现不同群体间的利益、如何平衡不同利益群体间的利益等成为中国共产党面临的日益紧迫的问题。作为代表最广大人民群众根本利益的、处于长期执政地位的共产党,就应当具有道德自觉性,体察各群体的利益诉求并及时进行整合。

At the beginning of the founding of New China,the Central Government of the PRC and its affiliated institutions fully absorbed all parties,groups and people from all walks of life to participate in government decision-making and management.They were featured in the full participation in politics by all parties and democrats with a reasonable age structure for the aged,middle-aged and young people,pursuing the academic structure of saving the nation and the people,serving the people,and ensuring the people’s livelihood,etc.It embodies the people orientation of the Central Government of New China,provides institutional guarantee for the recovery and development of the national economy,and also lays a solid political foundation for the CPC to lead China to achieve rapid economic development since the reform and opening up.
