2019年度纽约左翼论坛于6月28-30日在纽约布鲁克林召开,其背景是世界处于百年未有之大变局、资本主义基本矛盾呈现新的变化、美国政界正在筹备2020年大选等。来自世界各地的左翼学者展开深入讨论,通过资本主义的内政外交政策分析资本主义日益加深的制度危机,通过和平运动与选举实施深刻持久的变革,通过发动青年、工人、教师、黑人组建"一个自治的政党"等。左翼学者及左翼人士的立场不同、观点迥异、诉求多元,我们应当辩证地分析,深入了解资本主义国家的发展趋势和世界百年未有之大变局的科学判断。

The New York Left Forum 2019 was held in Brooklyn,New York,from June 28 th to 30 th against the background that the world is in the great change unseen in a century,that the basic contradictions of capitalism are undergoing new changes,and that American politicians are preparing for the general election in 2020.Left-wing scholars from all over the world have launched in-depth discussions.The main views includes the analysis of the deepening institutional crisis of capitalism through capitalist internal and foreign policies,the implement of profound and lasting reforms through peace movements and elections,and the establishment of an "autonomous political party" by mobilizing youngsters,workers,teachers and blacks.Left-wing scholars and advocates have various standpoints,perspectives and appeals.We should dialectically analyze and deeply understand the development trend of capitalist countries and the scientific judgment of the great change in the world unseen in a century.
