摘要
本文以滤膜中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)分析为例,通过建立快速溶剂萃取-液相色谱(ASE-HPLC)分析大气滤膜中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法,比较快速溶剂萃取(ASE)和索氏提取(SS)两种前处理分析方法的检出、准确度和加标回收率,验证ASE萃取在大气颗粒物中多环芳烃前处理中的优势。测定结果表明,快速溶剂萃取较索式提取更具有消耗有机溶剂少、提取效率高、操作简易等优点。
This paper takes the analysis of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in filter membranes as an example,accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)-liquid chromatography(HPLC)method is established to analyze 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in atmospheric filter membranes.The recovery rates of ASE and Soxhlet extraction pretreatment methods are compared to verify the superiority of ASE extraction in the pretreatment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in atmospheric particulates.The results show that rapid solvent extraction has the advantages of less organic solvent consumption,higher extraction efficiency and simpler operation than Soxhlet extraction.
