贵州省疾病预防控制系统2018年外部质控结果分析

Analysis of External Quality Control Results of Guizhou Provincial Disease Control System in 2018

为了了解贵州省疾病预防控制系统实验室的检验检测技术水平,组织贵州省疾病预防控制系统98个疾病预防控制中心参加能力验证和实验室间比对外部质控活动,对贵州省疾病预防控制系统2018年外部质控活动的结果进行分析,得出疾病预防控制系统实验室检验检测能力的真实水平。结果显示,贵州省疾病预防控制系统省市县三级实验室检验检测水平发展严重不平衡,省疾病预防控制中心实验室外部质控结果合格,检验检测技术能力较好;市(州)疾病预防控制中心实验室的检验检测能力存在短板,卫生检测、风险监测能力还需要加强;县(区)疾病预防控制中心检验检测能力水平偏低。由此得出,检验检测技术人员能力有待提高、仪器设备配套有待完善仍是制约贵州省市县级疾病预防控制系统检验检测技术水平提高的主要因素。

In order to understand the inspection and testing technology level of the disease control system laboratory in Guizhou Province,98 disease control center laboratories in Guizhou Province were organized to participate in the external quality control activities of capacity verification and inter laboratory comparison,and the results of the external quality control activities of the disease control system in 2018 were analyzed to get the true level of the inspection and testing ability of the disease control system laboratory.The results show that the level of inspection and testing is seriously unbalanced in Guizhou province's disease control system.The external quality control results of the laboratory of the provincial CDC are all qualified,and the testing technical ability is good.There is a short-term test and testing capability of the city(state)CDC laboratory,the health testing and risk monitoring capabilities need to be strengthened.The county(district)CDC has a low level of inspection and testing capabilities.It is concluded that the shortage of testing technicians and lack of supporting equipment are still the main factors restricting the improvement of inspection and testing technology level of Guizhou disease control system.
