Determination of Precision and Bias Test of Combined Prototype

为了判定联合制样机的性能是否符合要求,本文依据相关标准,通过联合制样机的最终留样结果与留样和弃样结果加权平均值的比较判断表明,该联合制样机的精密度符合国家标准要求。对制样和化验总方差的测定值与预先设定的目标值进行比较,如取干基灰分(Ad)最大允许偏倚为0.20%,则该联合制样机可接受为(灰分)无偏倚。

In order to judge whether the performance of the combined prototype meets the requirements,according to the related standards,by comparing the final sample retention results with the weighted mean values of the retention sample and discard sample results,the precision of the combined prototype conforms to the national standards.By comparing the measured values of the sample preparation and the total variance of the test with the pre-set target values,if the maximum allowable bias is 0.20%,the combined prototype is accepted as(ash)unbiased.
