实验室实施6S管理的实践应用与拓展

Practice Application and Development of 6S Management in Laboratory

6S管理模式较为适用于实验室管理工作。为解决搬迁后产生的一些管理问题,青岛海关技术中心胶州分中心引入了6S管理模式,经一段时间工作实践又将其拓展优化,使其能更快捷、更节省、更准确地服务于实验室管理。青岛海关技术中心胶州分中心现已形成成熟、常态的6S管理模式。

The 6S management mode is suitable for laboratory management.In order to solve the problems of management after the relocation of the lab,the 6S management mode has been introduced in Jiaozhou Sub-Center of Qingdao Customs District Technology Centre.After a certain period of work,it is extended and optimized,so that it can be more rapid,more economical and more accurate in the laboratory management.The lab of Jiaozhou Sub-Center of Qingdao Customs District Technology Centre has now developed a mature,normal 6S management model.
