The management of food microbiology testing laboratories plays a vital role in the detection of microbial projects.A poorly managed laboratory will directly affect the experimental results of the microbial project,and the wrong test report will have a negative social impact.This paper combines the relevant laws and standards,technical specifications of microbial testing and the author's years of experience in microbial laboratory management,comprehensively introduces the work of microbiology laboratories from seven aspects:microbiology laboratory personnel management,equipment management,culture medium and reagent consumables management,in combination with the relevant regulatory standards,technical specifications and years of microbiology laboratory management experience.It provided an introduction to the laboratory and a reference for standard laboratory management.It has positive significance in improving the management level of grassroots microbiology laboratories and ensuring the accuracy of microbiological test results.
