摘要
本文建立元素分析-同位素质谱法测定牛奶中碳稳定同位素比值(δ^13C),方法的稳定性和准确性均达到同位素比值测定的要求。利用该方法测定不同产地、不同品牌牛奶的δ^13C值。结果表明,产地对牛奶δ^13C值的影响存在显著性差异,说明碳稳定同位素可应用于牛奶的产地溯源。
This paper establishes a method that analyzs the stable carbon isotope ratio in milk using element analysis-Isotope ratio mass spectrometer(EA-IRMS).The stability and accuracy of the method meet the requirements of isotope measurement.Theδ^13C values in milk from different regions and different brands are measured using element analysis-Isotope ratio mass spectrometer(EA-IRMS)in this paper.The result shows that theδ^13C values are significant differences in milk from different producing areas,which indicates that stable carbon isotope could be used to distinguish the origin of milk.
