大学校园隐性文化建设现状、问题及其对策——以某大学校园“明道——激励性”标语建设为例

大学校园文化氛围对高校立德树人,走内涵式发展发挥着基础性作用。重视大学校园显性文化和隐性文化建设是每所大学提升教学质量,培育德智体美劳全面发展的决胜民族伟大复兴的时代新人应有之义,但重视物质形态的显性文化建设,轻视精神形态的隐性文化培育是国内高校校园文化建设的常态性问题。学校党政领导高度重视校园隐性文化建设,在机构、物力、财力、人力等方面充分保障,发挥人文社会科学师生主力军作用,其他相关部门相关人员全民参与,是群策群力弥补和加强高校校园隐性文化建设现实途径。

The cultural atmosphere of university campus plays a fundamental role in the development of university students.Paying attention to the explicit and hidden culture construction of university campus is a proper meaning of new people in the era of improving the quality of teaching in each university and cultivating the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,art and labor,but paying attention to the explicit cultural construction of material form.The ignorance of the implicit cultural cultivation of the spiritual form is the normal problem of the construction of campus culture in domestic universities.The party and government leaders of the school attach great importance to the construction of hidden culture in the campus,fully guarantee the institutional,material,financial,and human resources,and play the role of the main force of the humanities and social sciences teachers and students.The relevant personnel of other relevant departments participate in the whole process,and they are working together to make up for and strengthen the college campus.
