摘要
以多元评价促进学生素养发展,采用“成长银行”这一符合儿童思维习惯和心理需求的评价方式,通过储蓄和兑换“成长币”,鼓励学生储存美德、养成习惯,形成科学、合理又相对统一的评价体系。全员参与、全程评价、全方位育人,促进学生素养发展。
Promoting the development of students’literacy through multi-evaluation.Creatively adopting the“growth bank”as an evaluation method meets the children’s thinking habits and psychological needs,which encourages students to store virtues and develop habits by saving and converting“growth coins”.In the whole process,full participation,participating in the whole process of evaluation,educating people comprehensively,and forming a scientific,reasonable and relatively unified evaluation system,finally achieves the goal that promotes the development of students’literacy.
