摘要
课程是幼儿园的灵魂,是幼儿园的发展核心。课程折射出教师对幼儿教育本质与内涵的理解和思考。园长的课程领导力,需要以园为本,推进课程的改革。园长已不再是上级课程改革的被动执行者,而是课程的设计和实践的参与者、创造者,在课程改革中遵循自己独特的路径。
A curriculum is the soul of a kindergarten,the core of its development.The curriculum reflects teachers’understanding and thinking on the essence and connotation of preschool education.The curriculum leadership of principal should be based on the school and promote curriculum reform.The principal is no longer the passive executor of the superior curriculum reform,but the participant and creator of the curriculum design and practice,following his own unique path in the curriculum reform.
