新高考改革背景下高校助推地方人才培养的研究——以江苏省连云港市为例

Research on the Promotion of Local Talents Cultivation in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of the Reform of New College Entrance Examination——Taking Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province as an Example

2019年8月,江苏连云港成为中国自贸区“群成员”,这标志连云港迎来了对外开放的又一个新的历史机遇,人才培养的战略意义也更加凸显。在同年江苏省启动新一轮高考综合改革的背景下,论文针对当前连云港市的人才资源现状,提出为了满足区域经济发展的需要,当地高校必须准确把握经济和社会发展新动向,切实有效提升人才培养质量,对本地区“人才强市”战略的推进和经济的发展作出贡献。

In August 2019,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,became a"group member"of China free trade zone,marking another new historical opportunity for Lianyungang to open up to the world,and the strategic significance of talents cultivation is more prominent.Under the background of launching a new round of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province in the same year,the paper puts forward that in order to meet the needs of regional economic development,local colleges and universities must accurately grasp the new trend of economic and social development,effectively improve the quality of talents cultivation,and make contributions to the promotion of the strategy of"Talented Person Can Strengthen the City"and economic development.
