在当今法制社会背景下,高校安全管理工作也应该向法制化建设方向进行积极不断地创新,如此才能确保依法治校的良好实现,因此,高校依法治校的必然要求就是在安全管理法制化建设方面不断加强力度。通过立法工作的加强以及师资队伍建设的不断优化和完善、高校安全监督管理的不断强化等多方面加强力度,确保高校安全管理法制化建设切实有效地落实并贯彻执行。论文就依法治校与高校安全管理法制化建设进行分析探讨,希望对高校安全管理人员的工作开展提供一些可参考意见和重要帮助。

Under the background of today's legal society,the safety management of colleges and universities should also actively and continuously innovate towards the construction of the legal system,so as to ensure the good realization of the management of colleges and universities according to law.Therefore,the inevitable requirement of the management of colleges and universities according to law is to continuously strengthen the construction of the legal system of the safety management.Through the strengthening of legislation,the continuous optimization and perfection of the construction of teachers,and the strengthening of the safety supervision and management in colleges and universities,the construction of the legal system of safety management in colleges and universities can be effectively implemented.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of the rule of law and the legal system of the safety management in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some referential opinions and important help for the work of the safety management personnel in colleges and universities.
