Improvement of Bus-BECKHOFF Optical Fiber System of FOCKE778 Strip Box Packaging Machine

现昆明卷烟厂使用的5条FOCKE700生产线,其中FOCKE778机型的功能是将烟包进行条盒包装。控制系统以S5-135U PLC为核心,总线系统为BECKHOFF光纤系统。由于该总线系统存在模块电压不足的问题,致使出现故障频率增加的现象。论文使用直接电压补偿的方法,使各模块工作电压正常后,整个光纤系统的故障次数显著减少。

There are five FOCKE700 production lines in use in Kunming Cigarette Factory,among which the function of FOCKE778 model is to pack cigarette packs in cartons.The control system takes S5-135U PLC as the core,and the bus system is BECKHOFF optical fiber system.Due to the problem of insufficient module voltage in the bus system,the fault frequency increases.In this paper,a direct voltage compensation method is used to reduce the number of faults of the whole optical fiber system after the working voltage of each module is normal.
