D-二聚体和降钙素原水平与肺癌的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the levels of D-dimer and procalcitonin and lung cancer

目的分析肺癌患者D-二聚体和降钙素原(PCT)水平,探讨D-二聚体和PCT表达水平与肺癌的相关性.方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月入住我院并确诊为肺癌的145例患者为试验组,并分为肺癌早期组(n=40)、肺癌中期组(n=50)、肺癌晚期组(n=55),另选择同期140位健康体检者为对照组.比较各组D-二聚体、PCT水平,并分析D-二聚体、PCT水平与肺癌的相关性.结果试验组患者的D-二聚体、PCT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).肺癌早期组与对照组的D-二聚体、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌中、晚期组的D-二聚体、PCT水平均高于对照组和肺癌早期组,肺癌晚期组的D-二聚体、PCT水平均高于肺癌中期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肺癌早、中、晚期组D-二聚体、PCT水平均相关(P<0.05),且随着肺癌进展,D-二聚体和PCT水平的OR值明显上升,D-二聚体和PCT水平与肺癌的相关性明显增强.结论肺癌患者D-二聚体和PCT水平检测可用于判断患者病情严重程度,可将其作为临床肺癌分期评估的参考依据.

Objective To analyze the levels of D-dimer and procalcitonin(PCT) in patients with lung cancer, and to investigate the correlation between the expression levels of D-dimer and PCT and lung cancer. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 145 patients who admitted in our hospital and diagnosed with lung cancer were selected as experimental group, which was divided into early lung cancer group(n =40), middle lung cancer group(n =50), and advanced lung cancer group(n=55). In addition, 140 healthy physical examination people in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of D-dimer and PCT in each group were compared, and the correlation between the levels of D-dimer and PCT and lung cancer were analyzed. Results The levels of D-dimer and PCT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of D-dimer and PCT between the early lung cancer group and the control group(P>0.05);the levels of D-dimer and PCT in the middle and advanced lung cancer group were higher than those in the control group and the early lung cancer group, which in the advanced lung cancer group were higher than those in the middle lung cancer group(P<0.05). The levels of D-dimer and PCT in the early, middle and advanced lung cancer groups were correlated(P<0.05). With the development of lung cancer, the OR value of levels of D-dimer and PCT increased significantly, and the correlation of the levels of D-dimer and PCT with lung cancer increased significantly. Conclusion The detection of D-dimer and PCT levels in lung cancer patients can be used to judge the severity of the disease, which can be used as a reference for clinical lung cancer staging evaluation.
