麦滋林-S颗粒用于幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃溃疡治疗中的效果及对预后的影响

Effect of Marzulene-S granules in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive patients with gastric ulcer and its influence on prognosis

目的 探讨麦滋林-S颗粒用于幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者胃溃疡治疗中的效果及对预后的影响.方法 将我院收治的200例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者按照入院先后顺序编号后均分为参照组(三联疗法)和观察组(三联疗法+麦滋林-S颗粒),每组100例.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组的Gas和hs-CRP水平均降低,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的各项临床症状评分均降低,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的Hp清除率高于参照组,Hp再感染率和溃疡复发率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 麦滋林-S颗粒用于Hp阳性患者胃溃疡治疗中的效果显著.

Objective To investigate the effect of Marzulene-S granules in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive patients with gastric ulcer and its influence on prognosis. Methods A total of 200 Hp-positive patients with gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital were divided equally into reference group(triple therapy) and observation group(triple therapy+Marzulene-S granules) after numbering the patients in the order of admission, with 100 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of Gas and hs-CRP in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05). After treatment, all clinical symptom scores of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05). The clearance rate of Hp in the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the reinfection rate of Hp and recurrence rate of ulcer in the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P <0.05).Conclusion Marzulene-S granules has a significant effect in the treatment of Hp-positive patients with gastric ulcer.
