益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗帕金森病伴功能性便秘的效果

Effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with functional constipation

目的 探讨益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗帕金森病伴功能性便秘的效果.方法 将我院收治的100例帕金森病伴功能性便秘患者采用奇偶数法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规西药(聚乙二醇+乳果糖)治疗,观察在对照组的基础上采用益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的腹部胀满感、便质、排便费力、排便时间等临床证候积分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的Wexner评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 益气健脾汤联合针刺治疗帕金森病伴功能性便秘患者效果显著,可改善患者腹胀感,减少不良反应的发生,提高其生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with functional constipation. Methods A total of 100 patients with Parkinson’s disease with functional constipation admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by odd even method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(polyethylene glycol+lactulose), and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with acupuncture on the bases of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical symptoms scores of abdominal fullness,defecation quality, defecation effort and defecation time and the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Wexner in the two groups reduced significantly, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on Parkinson’s disease patients with functional constipation. It can ameliorate the abdominal distention, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
