摘要
目的 探讨健康教育联合呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的应用效果.方法 将我院收治的60例COPD患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例.两组患者均给予COPD的常规治疗,对照组患者采取呼吸功能锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上采用健康教育进行干预.比较两组患者干预前、后的肺功能及临床症状改善情况.结果 干预后,两组患者的FEV1、FVC及FEV1%明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气促、心悸、乏力、呼吸困难评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 健康教育联合呼吸训练应用于COPD患者,可有效改善患者的肺功能,提高其生活质量.
Objective To investigate the application effect of health education combined with respiratory training on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 60 COPD patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients were given COPD routine treatment in the two groups, the control group was given respiratory function exercise, and the observation group was given health education intervention on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pulmonary function and clinical symptoms before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the FEV1, FVC and FEV1% in the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of cough, expectoration, chest distress, shortness of breath, palpitation, fatigue and dyspnea in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with respiratory training can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of COPD patients.
