全麻腹腔镜直肠癌术中应用综合保温护理对患者麻醉复苏情况的影响

Effect of comprehensive heat preservation nursing on resuscitation of anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia

目的 分析全麻腹腔镜直肠癌术中应用综合保温护理对患者麻醉复苏情况的影响.方法 选取2017年6月至2018年6月在我院接受全麻腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的80例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为两组,各40例.对照组接受常规保温护理,观察组接受综合保温护理,比较两组的干预效果.结果 观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组T2~T7时的体温均高于对照组(P<0.05).术后,观察组的活动力、意识、BP、呼吸、SpO2评分及PAS总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).苏醒期,两组的AD、NE、CRP水平均升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的生理功能、伤害性刺激、情感、日常生活能力及认知功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合保温护理应用于全麻腹腔镜直肠癌术中,能维持术中体温恒定,利于麻醉恢复及术后康复,值得临床推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive heat preservation nursing on resuscitation of anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,80 patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the different nursing plans, the patients were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine heat preservation nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive heat preservation nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The body temperature of the observation group at T2-T7 were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). After operation, the scores of activity,consciousness, BP, respiration, SpO2 and PAS total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). During the recovery, the levels of AD, NE and CRP in the two groups increased, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, noxious stimulation, emotion, ability of daily life and cognitive function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive heat preservation nursing application in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia can keep the body temperature constant during operation, it is beneficial to the resuscitation of anesthesia and postoperative recovery, and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
