恢复期精神分裂症患者的人文关怀价值研究

Study on the value of humanistic care in convalescent schizophrenics

探讨对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人文关怀的临床价值。选择2017年8月—2018年10月在哈尔滨市第一专科医院住院治疗的64例恢复期精神分裂症患者,根据护理模式分为人文关怀组和对照组,各32例。对照组按恢复期精神分裂症进行常规护理,人文关怀组在对照组的基础上增加人文关怀护理,对比两组患者精神病症状控制效果和干预前后的认知功能变化。人文关怀组出院时PANSS评分(52.36±21.06分)显著低于对照组(80.06±25.67分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人文关怀组出院时WMS评分(132.62±17.36分)显著高于对照组(112.05±18.06分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对恢复期精神分裂症患者的个体情况给予人文关怀护理干预,可有效提升其治疗效果,并有利于改善其认知功能,可使患者预后获益。

To explore the clinical value of humanistic care for convalescent schizophrenics. Sixty-four convalescent schizophrenic patients hospitalized in Harbin First Specialized Hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected. They were divided into humanistic care group and control group according to the nursing mode, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing according to convalescent schizophrenia, while the humanistic care group added humanistic care on the basis of control group. The control effect of psychiatric symptoms and cognitive function changes before and after intervention were compared between two groups. The PANSS score of humanistic care group(52.36±21.06)at discharge was significantly lower than that of control group (80.06±25.67), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The WMS score of the humanistic care group(132.62±17.36)at discharge was significantly higher than that of control group (112.05±18.06), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Humanistic care and nursing intervention for convalescent schizophrenic patients can effectively improve their therapeutic effect, improve their cognitive function and benefit the prognosis of patients.
