聚焦解决模式在焦虑症住院病人心理护理中的应用效果

Application effect of focused solution model on psychological nursing of hospitalized patients with anxiety disorder

探究聚焦解决模式在焦虑症住院病人心理护理中的作用。80例焦虑症患者于2017年1月—2018年8月间于哈尔滨市第一专科医院接受治疗,按照先后顺序将其分为对照组及观察组,两组分别采取不同护理干预。对照组为一般性护理,观察组为聚焦解决模式护理,分析两组患者护理前后的焦虑及抑郁状态以及护理满意度。经不同护理方法后,两组患者的焦虑及抑郁状态均有所缓解,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为95.0%,对照组为70.0%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。焦虑症患者住院治疗中采取聚焦解决模式可减轻患者的心理压力,促进其疾病康复。

To explore the value of focused solution model in psychological nursing of inpatients with anxiety disorder, 80 patients with anxiety disorder were treated in Harbin First Specialized Hospital from January 2017 to August 2018. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence. The control group was general nursing, while the observation group was focused solution model nursing. The pre-and post-nursing care of two groups were analyzed. After different nursing methods, the anxiety and depression of two groups were alleviated, the observation group was better than control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.0%, and that of control group was 70.0%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Focused solution model in hospitalization of patients with anxiety disorder can alleviate psychological pressure of patients and promote their rehabilitation.
