摘要 成型精度是熔融沉积成型的关键问题之一,目前高的成型精度往往难以保证。通过对熔融沉积技术的发展现状、基本原理及工艺流程的介绍,着重分析了打印机硬件设备、材料、成型工艺参数及后处理过程中各种因素对成型精度的影响,提出了提高制件精度和表面质量的措施,对进一步研究该成型工艺及提高制件精度和表面质量具有重要参考价值。 The precision of forming is one of the key issues in fused deposition molding, and it’s often difficult to assure a high molding accuracy. Through the introduction of the development status, basic principles and process flow of fused deposition technology, this paper focuses on the analysis of the influence factors in various such as printer hardware equipment, materials, molding process parameters and post-processing on the forming precision. And measures to improve the precision and surface quality of the parts are proposed, which has important references in value for further research on forming process and improving the precision and surface quality of the parts.
