塑料改性技术在塑编制品中的应用

摘要 塑编制品加工过程中常用的塑料改性技术主要有以下几种:填充改性。以纯聚丙烯树脂为原料制作的塑编制品,在使用过程中会出现性能过剩的情况,可以通过添加适量价格低廉的矿物填料来降低改性成本。聚丙烯基体树脂的改性,性价比最高,应用范围较广,但这种粉体树脂没有添加任何助剂,在加工时极易发生严重的热氧降解现象。塑编制品的耐老化改性。选用可吸收波长为290 nm^400 nm的紫外线助剂,有效提高聚丙烯制品的耐晒性。可以利用填充母料对塑编制品进行改性,应选择合适的载体树脂、重钙粉、加工设备与加工工艺。可以利用涂覆料对塑编制品进行改性,将适量的聚乙烯添加到涂覆料中,可以有效调节塑料制品的柔软度。可以利用滑石粉对塑编制品进行改性,扁丝外观变得晶莹剔透,改变了塑编制品的暗淡外观,无粉尘污染,可以安全进行拉丝和编织,静电现象大大减轻,有效解决了印刷字迹模糊等问题。 In the process of plastic products processing, the commonly used plastic modification technologies are mainly as follows: filling modification, plastic products made from pure polypropylene resin will have excessive performance in using process, and modification cost can be reduced by adding appropriate and cheap mineral fillers. Modification of polypropylene matrix resin, the performance-price ratio is the highest and the application range is wider, but this powder resin does not add any additives, and it is prone to serious thermo-oxidative degradation during processing. Anti-aging modification of plastics, ultraviolet additives with absorbable wavelengths of 290~400 nm were selected to effectively improve sun resistance of polypropylene products. The filling masterbatch can be used to modify the plastics. The suitable carrier resin, heavy calcium powder, processing equipment and processing technology should be selected. Plastic products can be modified by coating material. Adding proper amount of polyethylene to coating material can effectively adjust softness of plastic products. Talc powder can be used to modify plastic products, the appearance of flat silk becomes crystal clear, changing dull appearance of plastic products, no dust pollution, safe wire drawing and weaving, electrostatic phenomenon can be greatly reduced, and effectively solve the problem of blurred print.
