摘要
有限电视数字化是一种有线电视的传输和接收模式,电视信号以数字形式通过电缆和光缆进行传输,由终端用户接收。从声音和机顶盒两方面入手,分析了有线电视数字化发展情况。列举了有线电视数字化优化技术,即解码和编码技术,对数字信号进行压缩处理,节目信号与传统有线电视相比有明显提高,画质更加高清化,音质更加优美清晰。机顶盒技术,利用机顶盒进行网络数据下载可大大节省用户上网费用并提高浏览速度。阐述了有线电视数字化优化技术的发展前景,其提高信息资源数字化水平,提高我国信息资源的数字化和资源化程度。培养人才并制订相关政策,培养具有较高服务水平的信息服务顾问,制订相关管理办法,满足不同观众对信息的不同需求。加强信息技术的深入研究,使数字化技术得到长足发展。组建网络管理中心,不断开发满足观众需求、功能强大的应用软件,以期不断发挥技术优势,开发技术潜力,推动有线电视多元化发展。
The limited television is a transmission and reception mode of cable TV. Television signals are transmitted digitally through cables and optical cables and received by end users. Starting from two aspects of sound and set-top box, the development of cable TV digitization is analyzed. It lists digital optimization technology of CATV, i.e. decoding and coding technology, compressing digital signal. Compared with traditional CATV, the program signal has been significantly improved, the picture quality is more high-definition, and the sound quality is more beautiful and clear. Set-top-box technology, using set-top-box to download network data, can greatly save users’ online costs and improve browsing speed. It expounds the development prospects of cable TV digitalization optimization technology, that is, to improve the digitalization level of information resources, and to improve the digitalization and resource level of information resources in China. To train talents and formulate relevant policies, to train information service consultants with high service level, and to formulate relevant management measures to meet different needs of different audiences for information. Strengthen in-depth study of information technology, so that digital technology has been greatly developed. The network management center should be set up to continuously develop powerful application software to meet needs of audiences, so as to bring into full play the technological advantages, develop technological potential and promote diversified development of cable TV.
