乡村“煤改气”工程建设存在相关问题,表现在法律法规和规范标准不够完善、供气方式单一、偏远地区管道难以到达、乡村建设环境具有特殊性、施工过程存在安全隐患。提出了针对性的解决措施,如完善法律法规和标准体系,争取多渠道气源,提高用气保障。结合乡村用气实际进行工程设计,做好工程建设安全管理,以期最大限度地减少燃气安全事故的发生,确保工程质量,为燃气工程的安全稳定运行奠定基础。

There are some problems in the construction of “coal to gas” project in rural areas, such as imperfect laws, regulations and norms, single gas supply mode, difficult access to pipelines in remote areas, special rural construction environment and hidden safety hazards in the construction process. Targeted solutions are put forward, such as perfecting laws and regulations and standard system, striving for multi-channel gas sources, improving gas security, engineering design combined with rural gas actual use, and doing well in safety management of engineering construction, in order to minimize the occurrence of gas safety accidents, ensure the quality of the project and ensure the safety of gas engineering, and lay the foundation for the stable operation of gas construction.
