Recognition of the role of urban master planning under spatial planning

针对传统城市总体规划的弊端,如占地使用的科学性不强、用地的规划缺乏灵活性、城市总体发展规划与环境保护之间的矛盾等,分析了空间规划对城市总体规划的影响,并详细罗列了空间规划体系对城市总体规划具有的作用,即兼顾远近目标的引领作用、多元主体的协同作用,以期为城市的总体规划与发展建设提供有力支撑。

In view of the drawbacks of traditional urban master planning, such as the lack of scientificity in land use, the lack of flexibility in land use planning, and the contradiction between urban master development planning and environmental protection, this paper analyses the impact of spatial planning on urban master planning, and lists in detail the impact of spatial planning system on urban master planning. The role is to give consideration to both the leading role of far and near objectives and the synergistic role of multiple subjects, so as to provide strong support for the overall planning and development of the city.
