摘要
目的应用德尔菲法构建妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者健康教育需求问卷,为临床全面评估GDM患者健康教育需求提供工具。方法在文献分析和小组讨论的基础上,采用德尔菲法,对39名专家进行2轮函询以筛选问卷条目。分析专家的积极系数、权威程度以及专家意见的集中程度和协调程度。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%;专家的权威系数为0.898;2轮条目的重要性评分分别为4.10-4.97和4.00~4.85、变异系数分别为0.03~0.22和0.08~0.22、协调系数分别为0.249和0.204(P均<0.001)。经过2轮专家咨询,最终形成包含9个维度、59个条目的GDM患者健康教育需求问卷。结论基于德尔菲法构建的GDM患者健康教育需求问卷具有较高的适用性,可作为评估GDM患者健康教育需求的工具,但还需要进一步的实证研究。
Objective To develop a health education demand questionnaire for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus by Delphi method,and provide a tool for clinical comprehensive assessment on their health education demand.Methods On the basis of literature reviews and expert group discussion,Delphi method was adopted to carry out two rounds of correspondence to 39 experts to select the questionnaire items.The positive coefficient,the degree of authority,the concentration and coordination degree of each round were analyzed.Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of questionnaires was 100%.And the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.898.The importance score of the items was 4.10-4.97 and 4.00-4.85 respectively.The variation coefficient was 0.03-0.22 and 0.08-0.22 respectively.The Kendall’s W coefficient was 0.249 and 0.204 respectively(P<0.001 for both).After 2 rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire of health education demand for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus was determined,including 9 dimensions and 59 items.Conclusion The health education demand questionnaire for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus based on Delphi method had high applicability,which can be used to assess healthy education demand and needed further empirical research.
