微信公众平台健康教育在高校大学生健康素养干预中的效果评价 被引量:15

Evaluation of Health Education Based on WeChat Public Platform in College Students’ Health Literacy Intervention

摘要 目的分析基于微信公众平台的健康教育在高校大学生健康素养干预中的应用效果。方法采用整群随机抽样法,抽取2017年9月1日-30日高校本科大一学生1300名,随机分为干预组650名与对照组650名。对照组给予健康讲座或授课等常规健康素养教育,干预组联合应用基于微信公众平台的健康素养教育。教育1个月,比较2组学生健康素养及健康教育成本效果。结果干预组完成研究650名,对照组完成研究640名。干预组大学生健康理念素养、健康生活方式及行为素养、基本技能素养、健康素养总分分别为(18.65±3.42)分、(16.45±3.12)分、(4.12±0.62)分、(39.22±5.14)分,明显高于对照组的(15.52±3.12)分、(14.20±2.54)分、(3.20±0.65)分、(32.92±4.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),大学生科学健康(价值)观、传染病防治素养、慢性病防治素养、安全与急救素养、基本医疗素养具备率分别为75.69%、60.31%、58.77%、82.46%和65.23%,均明显高于对照组的56.88%、45.31%、40.63%、71.88%和46.25%(不能用正确率表达素养水平),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组每增加1分成本为0.750元,对照组每增加1分成本为1.406元。结论基于微信公从平台的健康教育有助于促进高校大学生健康素养的养成,且具有明显的成本效果比较优势。 Objective The application effect of health education based on WeChat public platform in college students’health literacy intervention was analyzed.Methods 1300 undergraduate students from September 1st,2017 to September 30th,2017 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group of 650 cases and the control group of 650 cases.The control group was given regular health literacy education such as health talks or lectures,and the treatment group was jointly applied with health literacy education based on the WeChat public platform.After one month education,the health literacy and health education cost effectiveness of the two groups of students were compared.Results 650 patients in the intervention group and 640 in the control group completed the study.The health concept literacy,healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy,basic skills literacy,and health literacy scores of the intervention group were(18.65±3.42),(16.45±3.12),(4.12±0.62),and(39.22±5.14),which were higher than those in the control group(15.52±3.12),(14.20±2.54),(3.20±0.65),(32.92±4.45),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the correct rate of college students’scientific values,infectious disease prevention literacy,chronic disease prevention literacy,safety and first aid literacy,and basic medical literacy were 75.69%,60.31%,58.77%,82.46%,and 65.23%,which were significantly higher than the control group’s 56.88.%,45.31%,40.63%,71.88%,46.25%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the cost per 1 point increase in the treatment group was 0.750 yuan,and the cost per 1 point increase in the control group was 1.406 yuan.Conclusion Health education based on WeChat public platform helps to promote the development of college students’health literacy,and has more cost-effective comparative advantages.
