塞来昔布联合汉防己甲素对膝关节置换术围术期镇痛效果的评价

ANALYSIS OF EFFICACY OF CELECOXIB CAPSULES COMBINED WITH TETRANDRINE TABLETS IN PERIOPERATIVE ANALGESIA FOR KNEE ARTHROPLASTY

目的:探讨塞来昔布胶囊联合汉防己甲素片在膝关节置换术围术期的镇痛效果。方法:选择行人工膝关节置换术的96例病人,按随机数字表法分为4组,每组24例:分别为塞来昔布胶囊组(A组)、汉防己甲素片组(B组)、塞来昔布胶囊联合汉防己甲素片组(C组)和盐酸曲马多缓释片组(D组)。评估术后病人镇痛效果。结果:术后2天,VAS评分C组镇痛效果均优于A组和B组(P <0.05)。术后4周C组关节康复锻炼持续被动运动(continuous passive motion, CPM)疼痛评分、CPM角度、CPM达到90°所需时间均优于A组与B组(P <0.05)。C组康复完成情况及满意度明显高于其他三组(P <0.05)。结论:塞来昔布胶囊联合汉防己甲素片镇痛效果更优,能促进早期进行功能锻炼,提高治疗效果及满意度。

Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of celecoxib capsules combined with tetrandrine tablets applied in perioperative period of knee replacement surgery. Methods: Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into four groups(n = 24): celecoxib capsules group(Group A), tetrandrine group(group B), celecoxib capsules combined with tetrandrine group(group C), and tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets group(group D). We evaluated the clinical effects in post-operative periods. Results: Two days after operation,VAS score of group C was better than that of group A and B(P < 0.05). The(CPM) pain score, CPM angle and the time of CPM reached 90°of group C were better than that of group A and group B(P < 0.05) at 4 weeks after surgery. The satisfaction of patients in group C was signicantly higher compared with the other three groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Celecoxib capsules combined with tetrandrine tablets has better analgesic effect and promotes early functional exercise, improves patients’ satisfaction of treatment.
