摘要
公安机关在探索现代警务流程再造时,应以创新社会治理为导向,以智慧公安建设为牵引,开展无人机超视距飞行在重点区域警戒、大客流监测预警、远程驱逐违停、参与交通事故处置等工作领域的应用研究。立足空间和应用"两个维度",探索建立"空地"立体化警务新模式;建立"空地"立体化感知、防控和侦查"三个体系",探索立体化道路交通管理新机制;打造空中喊话、区域监测、悬停抓拍、机动首发和自动出图"五个战法",探索无人机警务应用实战新技法。
In recent years,the unmanned aerial vehicle is formed in road traffic system and the policing unmanned aerial vehicle has emerged.From the view of new lease on policing process reengineering,the unmanned aerial vehicle of road traffic can be used widely.In developed countries,traffic control organizations have implemented the unmanned aerial vehicles,so the unmanned aerial vehicles will have a significant impact for the future construction of traffic control information systems.This paper introduces the basic concept of the Policing unmanned aerial vehicle and the application of Policing unmanned aerial vehicle in the traffic control system.It also provides the application framework for the Policing unmanned aerial vehicle in the traffic control system.On the basis,the solution is proposed for the Policing unmanned aerial vehicle in the traffic control system.This paper aims to improve the development of traffic control systems in the era of Policing unmanned aerial vehicle.The future applications of key issues,main technologies and technical basis for the road traffic of oversight flight of unmanned aerial vehicle are presented.
