Prospect of Chinese Farmers’ General Entrepreneurship

农民创业是农民采取的一种创新实践活动,旨在提高农业生产能力和综合收益。目前,中国农民已初步摸索出符合中国国情的创业模式,主要包括市场驱动型、技术巧用型和组织创新型等模式。影响农民创业成功的关键因素有制度安排、资源可获得性、专业经验和创业家才能等。未来,政府可以出台相应政策,通过培育良好的创业创新环境、为农民创业家提供必要的技能培训等,以此促进更多农民进行创业活动。

Farmers'entrepreneurship is an innovative practice adopted by farmers,aiming at improving agricultural production capacity and comprehensive income.At present,Chinese farmers have tentatively explored the entrepreneurship model which is in line with China's national conditions,mainly including market-driven model,skillful use of technology model and organizational innovation model.The key factors affecting the success of peasants'entrepreneurship are institutional arrangement,availability of resources,professional experience and entrepreneurial talent.In the future,the government can formulate corresponding policies to promote more farmers'entrepreneurship activities through fostering a good environment for entrepreneurship and innovation and providing necessary skills training for farmers entrepreneurs.
