新疆棉农植棉风险认知水平分析及改善对策

Risk Cognition Level of Cotton Growers in Xinjiang and Its Improvement Countermeasures

围绕新疆棉农对棉花种植风险的认知开展研究。从自然风险、市场风险和其他风险等3个方面剖析了新疆棉农棉花生产经营的风险状况,并基于对北疆棉农棉花生产经营风险的调查,进一步深入分析了当地棉农生产经营风险认知的主要来源,探讨了影响当地棉农对生产经营风险来源认知的主要因素。最后,从构建棉花保险体系、提高棉农组织化程度、提高棉农自身素质以及完善相关支农政策等方面提出了提高新疆棉农风险认知水平的对策。

Research on risk perception of cotton growers in Xinjiang was conducted.In this paper,natural risk,market risk and other risks were chosen to analyze the risk status of cotton production and management for cotton growers in Xinjiang,and based on the investigation of production and management risk of cotton growers in northern Xinjiang,the main sources of production and management risk perception of local cotton growers were further analyzed.The main factors affecting the risk source cognition of local cotton growers were discussed.Finally,countermeasures including constructing cotton insurance system,improving the level of cotton growers'organization,enhancing the quality of cotton growers and perfecting the related support policies were proposed to improve the risk cognition level of cotton growers in Xinjiang.
