术后使用耳穴贴压缓解妇科腹腔镜病人腹胀效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of auricular point sticking pressure on abdominal distension relief of patients with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology

[目的]分析术后使用耳穴贴压对妇科腹腔镜病人胃肠功能恢复的效果。[方法]计算机检索知网、万方、维普、PubMed数据库关于耳穴贴压应用于妇科腹腔镜术后病人的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2位研究者根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并进行资料提取和质量评价,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入7篇文献,679例病人。Meta分析结果表明:术后使用耳穴贴压疗法有利于缩短术后首次肛门排气时间和促进肠鸣音的恢复,术后6 h使用耳穴贴压相较于术后4 h使用更有助于缩短肛门首次排气时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]现有证据表明:术后使用耳穴贴压可缓解妇科腹腔镜术后病人腹胀。

Objective:To analyze the effect of auricular point sticking in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCT)on auricular point sticking(auricular point sticking)in gynecological laparoscopic patients were retrieved from CNKI,WangFang Data,VIP and PubMed.Two researchers screened the literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,and performed data extraction and quality evaluation.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of seven studies and 679 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that auricular acupoint sticking therapy was helpful to shorten the first time of anal exhaust and promote the recovery of bowel sounds after operation.The auricular acupoint sticking therapy at six hours after operation was more helpful to shorten the first time of exhaust than that at 4 hours after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Current evidence shows that:auricular acupoint sticking can relieve abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
