基于以太网的电厂DCS控制系统研究

摘要 当前,随着网络技术的不断发展,在工业领域,如火电厂等的企业改造中,运用以太网技术进行DCS控制系统的设置,帮助工业自动化控制系统在电厂分布式控制中进行应用,实现了电厂控制系统数字化技术的普及和发展,以现场总线技术为代表的DCS系统已经在通信要求和通讯速度上都实现了可靠性运行.随着以太网技术的逐渐替代,现场总线技术的电厂DCS通讯技术进入了新的发展阶段,更好地帮助电厂实现了DCS在生产中的数据传输和控制的实时性. With the continuous development of network technology,in the transformation of industrial enterprises such as thermal power plants,the application of Ethernet technology in the setting of DCS control system helps industrial automation control system to be applied in the distributed control technology of power plants,and achieves the popularization and development of power plant control system and digital technology.DCS system represented by fieldbus technology achieves reliable operation in communication requirements and speed.With the gradual substitution of Ethernet technology,the development of DCS communication technology in field bus technology power plant has entered a new stage of development,which helps power plant to achieve real-time data transmission and control in DCS production.
