摘要
机组运行中发生减温水阀门损坏,无法正常投入减温水,机组无法正常停机,采用汽机优先停运、燃机降负荷、再拉开发电机开关甩掉部分负荷的方式避开高温排放时段,保证余热锅炉及管道不超温.本文从制定甩负荷方案、甩负荷操作过程及数据收集评价等方面进行方案论证,确认方案可行、有效.
The desuperheater valve is damaged in the operation of the unit,and the unit can not be put into the Desuperheater Water normally,and the unit can not be shut down normally.The way of priority shutdown of the turbine,load reduction of the gas turbine and partial load rejection of the development motor switch are adopted to avoid the high temperature discharge period and ensure that the waste heat boiler and the pipeline do not overheat.This paper formulates the load rejection method.The scheme,load rejection operation process and data collection and evaluation are demonstrated to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
