摘要
当前在各行业中燃气锅炉应用越来越广泛.本文针对燃气锅炉房设计时防爆区域划分的难点,参考并对照各主要设计规范中对爆炸危险区域的划分原则,分析了可燃性气体性质、工艺装置区布置、通风情况等要素,介绍了防爆区域划分的主要流程,以供燃气锅炉房或同类爆炸危险区域工程设计时参考.
With the application of gas-fired boilers in engineering industry becoming more and more widespread,in view of the difficulties in the division of explosion-proof zones in the design of gas-fired boilers,referring to and contrasting with the principles for the division of explosion-proof zones in the main design codes,this paper analyses the nature of flammable gases,the layout of process units,and ventilation conditions,and introduces the explosion-proof The main process of zoning can be used for reference in engineering design of gas-fired boiler house or similar explosion dangerous area.
