摘要
本文深入分析了某电厂W型火焰锅炉结焦严重的原因,针对性地制定了增加幕墙风和局部去除卫燃带相结合的改造方案,并进行了自然循环回路的安全性校核计算,改造后未再发生掉大焦的恶性事件,设备可靠性大大提高.
This paper deeply analyzes the cause of serious coking of W-type flame boiler in a power plant,and has formulated a modification plan that combines the curtain wall wind and the partial removal of the refractory belt,and carries out the safety check calculation of the natural circulation loop.After the transformation,the vicious incident of large coke did not occur again,and the reliability of the equipment was greatly improved.
