摘要
锅炉机组在设计时都是结合额定工况完成的,但是锅炉运行并不是在设计工况条件下,这种情况下锅炉的工况参数就会发生相应的改变,这会对锅炉运行产生一定的影响,因此了解锅炉工况变动具有重要的作用.本文对锅炉负荷与热效率之间的关系进行了说明,讨论了锅炉运行的最佳效率区域,提出了控制锅炉负荷变化的手段.
Boiler units are designed in combination with rated working conditions,but the boiler operation is not under the design conditions.In this case,the boiler operating parameters will change accordingly,which will result in boiler operation.A certain impact,so understanding the changes in boiler operating conditions has an important role.The relationship between boiler load and thermal efficiency was explained in the research work.The optimal efficiency area of boiler operation was discussed and the means to control boiler load change was proposed.
