浅析300MW CFB锅炉试运过程中存在的问题

Analysis of Problems Existing in Trial Operation of 300 MW CFB Boiler

境外300 MW CFB机组调试试运过程中出现了运行一次风机变频故障引起的床料堆积、机组并网瞬时阀门突开、高加安全阀异常动作、内冷水流量低以及旁路瞬时异常等问题.本文通过以上异常的分析,提出了一些浅显的控制措施,对类似机组的试运提供一定的参考价值.

During commissioning and commissioning of 300 MW CFB units abroad,problems such as bed material accumulation caused by frequency conversion failure of primary fan,sudden opening of instantaneous valves in grid connection,abnormal operation of high-pressure safety valve,low internal cooling water flow and instantaneous abnormal bypass occurred.Through the analysis of the above anomalies,some simple control measures are put forward,which can provide some reference value for the trial operation of similar units.
